My son had the beef burger last week and he says that the meat was not cooked properly. OK with a steak you can have medium or rare but for burgers the meat should be completely cooked especially for children.

Hi, could you please explain how PK3 children’s menus are being charged? I keep checking our account but do not see a daily cost of my son’s meals. It is difficult to track if you have charged the right days and correct amounts, for example, what if he is sick and does not attend school one day? How can I make sure you did not charge that day’s menu to our card?. Everything else is great. Thank you for the wonderful service and food you are providing. Patricia
I see that our account is still not updated to reflect the corrections that we discussed on a few occasions now. I trust it will be updated by the time we return from school holidays next week. The sooner the errors are corrected (and less are added), the less time we will both need to spend reviewing and fixing.
