Initial registration for the ISP Cafeteria:
If you would like us to provide nutritious and delicious lunches for your child, please register for our Cafeteria system. You can do so by:
- Visiting us in person in the Cafeteria and collecting the registration form (available from the cashier or the floor manager).
- Sending an email request to cafeteria@isp.cz the registration form will then be sent to you.
What should you expect from the registration process?
- You will complete a registration card where you enter your and your child’s details plus any special dietary requirements that she or he may have.
- After registration, you will obtain magnetic lunch card with a unique number which can then be used for purchasing lunch or any food and drinks served in the Cafeteria.
Why is the magnetic lunch card so important?
The magnetic card allows you to administer your school account very easily by logging into our website freshandtasty.cz/isp. There you can do the following:
- Check your child’s most recent dining choices on a daily basis
- Check the balance of your account
- Check and print our weekly menu
- See complete lists of ingredients for the current dishes
- Give us feedback
- Recommend recipes to be used in the Cafeteria
- Take advantage of free consultations with our nutrition specialists (in Czech and English)
Your child can purchase a lunch or snack simply by swiping his/her card at the cashier’s desks. It is much quicker and more hygienic than paying by cash.
What if my child forgets the lunch card?
Your child will still get a lunch as our cashiers can find your child’s account in our computer system. Please note, however, that accessing this system is a very lengthy process and causes long queues which can be considered unfair to other children who bring their cards. It can also cause trouble with the purchases as the food can potentially be credited to an account of another child.
How can I pay for my child’s meals?
You can deposit money into your account by:
1. Paying in cash at the Cafeteria

Please do not forget to enter the “ Message for Recipient” which will be the: ISP (card number) and Child Name. Without it we will not be able to identify the payment.
3. From the 3rd Grade up, children can also pay for their food with cash, but this process is slower, more difficult for younger children (managing a tray with food and money) and less hygienic.
For each cash payment or deposit, you will receive a receipt (which can be used for tax purposes).
Please note that the bank transfer could take up to one week.
What is on offer for my child?
Pre-school, Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Grade:
- The lunch is served as a menu consisting of soup, main dish, drink (water, milk or 100% juice) and fruit, yoghurt or dessert. The menu can only be changed in case of a specific diet. This menu costs CZK 80.
3rd Grade:
- The lunch is served as a menu consisting of a soup, main dish, drink (water, milk or 100% juice) and fruit, yoghurt or dessert. Children can choose from two main dishes which will also be listed daily on the website. This menu costs CZK 80.
4th – 12th Grade:
- Children can choose from five main dishes (including vegetarian and pasta options), soup and a selection of sandwiches, baguettes, sushi etc. Hot lunches start from 80 CZK.
For Elementary school only
- If you wish to cancel or book an extra lunch (PK, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd Grade)
Please make sure you do so by 9am on the day, at the latest , by sending an SMS to 731 518 880/605 200 288, by email to cafeteria@isp.cz, or in person with the school Cafeteria cashiers.
Please note that if you do not cancel lunch for PK, Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Grade on time, the price of the lunch will automatically be charged to your account.
- Sweets Policy (PK, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd Grade)
Sweet snacks, ice cream, pastries, chips, yoghurts etc., are only allowed as special treats on Fridays. Water (un-flavoured), juice and milk are the only drinks allowed.
Parents must be present at the cashier to purchase this food in the afternoon during school activities.
How am I informed in the case of a low account balance?
You will be informed by email once your account balance reaches CZK 100. You can also check your balance regularly on our website (please see above in “Why is the magnetic card so important?”).
Please note: We will not provide a lunch for children that have debts on their card.
What if a regular lunch isn’t enough for my child?
There will always be at least one dish which will be served for seconds, free of charge. Double portions of meat or fish (such as a hamburger, fillet of salmon, leg of chicken, schnitzel…) will be billed as an extra charge.
How can I get my money back when I leave ISP?
If your child will no longer be attending ISP and you would like to be reimbursed for the balance of your account, you can come to the Cafeteria and withdraw your money at any cashier´s desk.
