I have been working at Zátiší Group, with some short breaks, since 2000, and I moved to Fresh & Tasty from Zátiší Catering. I enjoy working in gastronomy, so it's great to be surrounded by people who feel the same. I admire the dynamic rise of the Fresh & Tasty division and I'm happy to be part of this team now. My journey at Zátiší Group began more than 15 years ago in the catering at Žofín, from where I gradually worked my way up to my current position as Head of Corporate Canteen at Fresh and Tasty. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of different operations and projects, which keeps me fulfilled and motivated every day. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, going on outdoor trips, playing board games and enjoying the theatre.

I cooked for ten years in the Fresh & Tasty kitchen. During that time, we expanded into a full-fledged division that requires a comprehensive approach and deep data analysis. The economics of the operation are just as important as well-cooked food. I control and calculate budgets and costs and constantly look at the efficiency of the entire operation. I have replaced the wooden spoon with a computer.

Gastronomy has opened the door to a world where work is not only a duty, but also fun. For 15 years I have been part of the Zátiší Group team, where I have held several different positions. The Fresh & Tasty division and the school catering area was a professional challenge for me, which I gladly accepted. I have a great respect for the impact that food has on the development of young people and working in this area allows me to contribute to their health and education.
