My journey with Zátiší has spanned 13 years, and every experience has helped me grow. I started in service at V Zátiší, later led the team at Bellevue, and today I head Fresh & Tasty, where we show that everyday food can have quality, creativity and a human touch. I believe the true magic of gastronomy happens behind the scenes — thanks to people who work with heart.

The work at Fresh & Tasty fits me because I can accomplish something in areas that are close to me and also create values that are important to me and society. I am talking, for example, about providing quality care and WOW services to our clients, finding opportunities for business growth and discovering new business opportunities. I used to work at a London Marriott hotel, where I acquired the inspiration and experience I now bring to the Zátiší Group.

Petra Rudolská

I have been working in gastronomy since I was 15 years old. I have gained experience from working for Prague hotels in various positions. Today I know that sales fulfills me the most. When selling, the most important thing for me is to trust the product I offer, and the Zátiší Group meets this requirement 100%.

Pavel Halo

My journey with Zátiší has lasted almost 9 years, during which I’ve moved from the bar scene to leading operations. After 7 years in my home team at Aspira Café, I moved on to bring in new perspectives and experience. I enjoy innovation, setting up effective processes, and finding ways to improve operational efficiency and customer communication. The combination of my gastronomy background and attention to detail is what gives meaning to my everyday work.

Romana Maláčová

Operation Manager

My journey at Zátiší Group began more than 15 years ago in the catering at Žofín, from where I gradually worked my way up to my current position as Operation Manager at Fresh and Tasty. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of different operations and projects, which keeps me fulfilled and motivated every day. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, going on outdoor trips, playing board games and enjoying the theatre.

Radmila Vobořilová

Head of F&T School Division

Gastronomy has opened the door to a world where work is not only a duty, but also fun. For 15 years I have been part of the Zátiší Group team, where I have held several different positions. The Fresh & Tasty division and the school catering area was a professional challenge for me, which I gladly accepted. I have a great respect for the impact that food has on the development of young people and working in this area allows me to contribute to their health and education.
